Community Guidelines

Testers Helping Testers is a free community where builders help each other ship better apps. Stick to these rules.

Do

File reports with clear repro steps, expected vs actual results, and screenshots.
Be kind and constructive in comments.
Upvote helpful reports.
Mark reports as resolved when fixed.
Submit your in-app email if an owner offers free trial access.

Don't

Submit external links — only *.lovable.app is allowed.
Spam, harass, or post abusive content.
File fake bugs to game the leaderboard.
Try to charge other testers — this platform is free for everyone (supported by ads and voluntary contributions).
Misuse tester access (credential abuse, scraping, etc).

Free testing principle

If your app charges for premium access, please offer a free testing path. Testers can submit their email through the app page so you can grant them trial access manually. No money ever changes hands on this platform.

Enforcement

Anyone can report misuse. Moderators review every report and may warn, suspend, or ban accounts that break the rules. Repeat offenders are banned permanently.
